Josh at the Alpenrose Six Day, by Jim LongJosh Ryan, our resident track sprinter, was crowned Illinois State Sprint Champion on Thursday night. Josh has been absent from the local track racing scene most of the summer, deciding to focus most of his energy on training for Elite Track Nationals which will take place at the end of this month at the ADT Event Center in Los Angeles.
He won't be alone in LA this year. A number of other Chicago racers will also be making the trek West, including:
